Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing personalized, high-level wellness experiences to hotel guests by conducting individual and group classes for both children and adults within the Fitness Center. The role requires a strong commitment to service excellence, safety, professionalism, and luxury hospitality, while fostering an exclusive, motivating, and harmonious environment

Requisiti del candidato:

* Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end fitness centers (preferred).
* Conversational English proficiency (approximately 90%).
* Excellent physical condition, endurance, and technical skills.
* Current certifications relevant to Fitness Instruction.
* Strong service orientation with a clear understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
* Integrity, enthusiasm, adaptability, stress management, and a high sense of responsibility.
* Solid knowledge of fitness training techniques, biomechanics, and human physiology.
* Flexible schedule availability, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork orientation
