Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in connecting the Creative and Brand teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. This position demands exceptional project management, organization, and data understanding skills.
As the face of the in-house Content Development team for the North America sector, the Account Executive drives the creative adaptation of multiple communication assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused mindset. Someone who thrives on building trust, managing complexity, and delivering excellence under pressure.
Your Impact
As Account Executive your responsibilities would consist of:
* Manage the end-to-end process of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
* Lead the end-to-end workflow by coordinating with all teams involved to ensure smooth project execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (from interns to senior leadership) to support the development of creative campaigns.
* Track and manage internal project processes using tools such as Excel trackers and Monday.com, and lead regular status updates with project managers and the creative team.
* Assist in the development of reports and project documentation.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Communication (foundation for analytical and strategic thinking)
* Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)
* Mid Level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
* Proven capability to translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
