Job Description:

* Responsible for ensuring compliance with process parameters (setup) and the release of the first tire in regular production.
* Coordinate and monitor the introduction of ETOs and SOPs into production within the Vulcanization Department.
* Analyze and manage defects identified in first-fit tires in order to establish and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

* Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Degree
* Mould Knowledge (Desirable)
* Shift rotation Availability

* SAP PO Knowledge Desirable
* Process Analysis
* Problem Solving
* Continuous Improvement
* Team Coordination
* Quality Assurance
