Amazon is seeking an adaptive, innovative, and technically skilled Integration Program Manager to develop and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and other forms of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Design Technology software interfaces/ products that allow diverse stakeholders easy access and use specific functionalities of the product.

Integrated Planning Solutions (IPS) stands as a dynamic and innovative team within Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) organization, operating under the Engineering, Planning, and Analytics (EP&A) Organization. As Integrators, the IPS team plays a vital role in the entire lifecycle process of Amazon's fulfillment facilities. In addition, we develop solutions aimed at empowering various stakeholders to achieve smoother and more efficient operations within their respective areas of expertise. Our primary mission is to revolutionize the Planning and Design processes of Amazon's Fulfillment Centers by establishing Common Data Environments. Through our approach, we seamlessly translate and merge data from diverse sectors, culminating in a unified framework that facilitates seamless construction, maintenance, and analysis of Amazon's extensive Fulfillment Center portfolio.

IPS takes pride in building robust solutions that prioritize the security and integrity of Amazon's systems and data. Our customers span across departments, from finance teams seeking comprehensive investment insights to on-site Operation teams. By leveraging the latest technological advancements, including Reality Capture, AWS solution, we tackle challenges at Amazon's vast scale, employing automation and machine learning to reduce or eliminate manual effort. Through this, we empower our internal customers to elevate their performance and surpass expectations.

Key job responsibilities
- Performance Management: Schedule, track and report key metrics and forecasting activities. Support platform roadmap implementation and workflow optimization. Create and maintain periodic status reports.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in team meetings and stakeholder sessions. Support project charter activities. Facilitate office hours and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Operations Support: Help ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Review service level agreements and operational reports. Identify and document process gaps and improvement opportunities. Provide technical support as needed to customers and team.

- Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation systems and reference materials. Support data organization and file management. Create and update process documentation.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct QA/QC review process for project deliverables. Assist with system integration initiatives. Track and report quality metrics.

- Support design architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration of design elements and data sources by leveraging capabilities of Autodesk Platform Services (APS) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

A day in the life
As an IPS Program Manager, you will analyze complex data from site surveys, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and guiding project developments.

The role requires creating 3D models, data integration, visual presentations, QA/QC, and progress tracking, using industry standard tools and BIM360.

Your responsibilities include project management and client relationships. You will maintain technical documentation, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with different audiences, from technical teams to leadership.

This position suits someone who can balance technical knowledge with interpersonal skills, bringing together various aspects of architectural technology while maintaining strong professional relationships and delivering results.

Requisiti del candidato:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- - 2+ years Point cloud processing and modeling experience
- - Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- 2+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 1+ years of Unity, Unreal, CryEngine, Lumberyard or proprietary 3D game engine, or industry-equivalent technology (3D animation, simulation, etc.) experience
- - 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership (Program Management)
- - 2+ years of experience in Simulation software (AnyFlex, FlexSim)
- - Point Cloud data processing
