Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect/ Technical Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology (Martech). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Your Impact Lead the technical design and delivery of solutions built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), owning implementation quality and scalability. Design, build, and evolve AEP data models aligned with business requirements, ensuring long-term extensibility. Implement and manage AEP components including XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profile. Own end-to-end AEP data flows, from ingestion (batch and/or streaming) through profile unification and activation. Act as the technical authority for AEP within the project, guiding implementation decisions and best practices. Collaborate closely with data, engineering, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AEP solutions. Ensure platform stability, data quality, and performance while supporting ongoing enhancements and optimizations. Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including: XDM schema design Dataset creation and management Identity resolution and identity graphs Real-Time Customer Profile Data ingestion and activation patterns Experience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile-centric data models. Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows. Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural and implementation decisions. Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional information Set Yourself Apart With Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Experience with other CDPs or customer data platforms beyond Adobe. Background in data engineering, martech, or customer analytics initiatives. Experience acting as a technical lead or owning delivery workstreams within large-scale implementations. Contract modality: This position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. The contract is for 8 months with high possibility of extension
