Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Albertson's CCO Finance Analyst role supports one of the company's most strategic national customers as the organization increases focus and coordination across the U.S. and the Foods business. This position partners closely with the Albertson's Sales team, playing a key role in commercial finance activities including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Joint Business Planning (JBP), national customer agreements, space funding, and the consolidation of financial reporting across all U.S. banners and geographies.
This role offers strong exposure to national account finance, senior commercial leadership, and complex trade and forecasting environments.

Your Impact
* Build and maintain national ABSCO financial models, including indirect support to PCT leads
* Lead financial discovery and analysis for Joint Business Planning (JBP) to support national Sales leadership discussions
* Support national trade governance, including outlier identification and intervention
* Ensure forecast accuracy by banner, partnering with field finance leads on calendar approvals and investment decision support
* Consolidate and deliver national QBP roll-ups
* Support OpCo VGP+ profitability analysis for the total Albertson's account
* Manage consolidated U.S. net revenue of ~$620MM for the Albertson's business
* Support trade governance across five high-complexity TPM banners
* Provide financial insights and decision support to senior commercial leadership, including one Sales Senior Director and three Sales Directors
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* Experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L)
* 1+ year of experience in Finance and Planning
* Strong experience in financial analysis and data integrity management
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
* Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
* Power BI knowledge for reporting and data visualization
* Experience supporting commercial finance activities (AOP, JBP, trade spend, forecasts)
* Experience consolidating financial reporting across multiple banners, geographies, or business units
* Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
