Objetivo del rol:
Garantizar el registro, validación y control oportuno de las facturas de proveedores en el ERP, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de negocio, la correcta conciliación de saldos y el soporte eficiente al cierre contable mensual, contribuyendo a la exactitud financiera y al cumplimiento de pagos en tiempo y forma.
Actividades:
* Recepcionar y registrar facturas de proveedores en el ERP, verificando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de negocio.
* Validar facturas mediante el proceso 3-way match (Orden de Compra, Recepción de Mercancía - GR, y Factura).
* Gestionar discrepancias y excepciones relacionadas con precios, cantidades, recepciones pendientes y bloqueos de pago.
* Realizar la conciliación de estados de cuenta de proveedores.
* Dar seguimiento a facturas vencidas y coordinar su resolución.
Requisitos:
* Licenciatura en Administración, Contaduría o carrera afín.
* Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
* Experiencia en el uso de SAP o conocimiento de algún ERP.
* Conocimiento en procesos administrativos y financieros.
* Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel).
* Habilidades de análisis, organización y seguimiento.
* Capacidad para trabajar con fechas límite y múltiples tareas.
