About the job

The Finance Assistant will provide finance support services to the VG (Mexico) operations and coordinate duties across the organization.

* Creation of purchase orders.
* Generalist Accounting Analyst responsible for petty cash administrative control.
* Completion of administrative banking documentation for the implementation of processes.
* Safeguarding and managing the filing system.
* Filing compliance notices before the SAT and INEG.
* Account reconciliation.
* Semiannual inventories.

About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

* University degree (Finance or Accounting)
* 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
* Strong analytical skills, ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
* Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
* English level medium in spoken and written.
