Main Responsibilities

* The Inbound Logistics Analyst - Ocean Operations is responsible for coordinating international Ocean inbound shipments for all IJD factories, JDSH and JDSS operations to ensure timely material availability, prevent production disruptions, and maintain compliance with logistics and customs requirements. The role manages shipment visibility, resolves logistics incidents, and drives continuous improvement through data analysis and digital reporting tools.

* Coordinate international maritime inbound shipments to support production requirements and prevent line shutdowns across multiple sites.
* Perform a broad range of supplier coordination and management activities, working independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity, service level compliance, and issue resolution
* Actively contributes to the evaluation of existing operations, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct, ensuring full compliance in daily activities and securing appropriate approvals for any deviations from standard processes.
* Resolve complex inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, interpreting policies and procedures accurately and escalating highly complex or non-standard issues when appropriate.
* Create, update, and maintain documents, databases, and departmental systems, providing best-practice guidance to colleagues and leveraging expertise to enhance process efficiency, documentation quality, and data integrity
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data using predefined tools, methodologies, and reporting formats, exercising independence and judgment to support informed decision-making
* Collaborate with planning, plant operations, logistics, and trade compliance teams to align priorities and manage urgencie

Education
