Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization by driving governance, visibility, and analytical control of the Total Portfolio Optimization (TPO) agenda.
Your Impact
1. Support the governance and control of the Total Portfolio Optimization (TPO) agenda, ensuring visibility of SKU performance, rationalization progress, and productivity commitments. (Execute)
2. Develop and maintain portfolio performance scorecards, tracking KPIs such as velocity, margin contribution, distribution, cannibalization, and obsolescence risk. (Execute)
3. Monitor SKU productivity and complexity indicators, identifying underperforming items and supporting data-driven rationalization recommendations. (Execute / Recommend)
4. Prepare analytical materials for PMR and IBP forums, consolidating portfolio insights into executive-ready summaries and dashboards. (Execute)
5. Ensure data consistency and governance across portfolio datasets, coordinating with Demand, Supply, Finance, and Commercial teams. (Consult / Inform)
6. Provide reporting support to S&OP, AOP, and S&OE processes, ensuring accurate and timely data availability. (Execute)
Qualifications

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
* Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
* Understanding of profitability drivers (mix, margin, velocity, distribution)
* Basic programming/data automation skills (SQL, Python, or similar preferred)
* Experience in CPG or fast-paced commercial environments preferred
* Strong data and technology savviness, with curiosity to continuously improve analytics solutions
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
