Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Impact
* Analyze, Document, execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages:
* Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
* Capture information in payroll systems.
* Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
* Develop solutions (automation, training, resources or materials) that provides better customer service.
* Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements.
* Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
* Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
* Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Strong English oral and written communication skills
* Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
* Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
* Analytical skills
* Action-oriented and problem-solving skills
* Team player and highly collaborative
* Untouchable integrity and ethics
* Functional and technical expertise to provide solutions
