The Opportunity

Your Impact
As a Finance Jr Analyst, your functions would consist of supporting PepsiCo Foods North America's procurement finance operations and providing accurate and timely information to support the decision-making process.

Responsibilities

* AOP & Forecast Build through procurement inputs, providing simulations raw inflation scenarios.
* Quickly develop an understanding of GP finance objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
* Identify risks and opportunities for the business.
* Ensure alignment between productivity initiatives and procurement to guarantee that commitments are met.
* Responsible for providing explanations to stakeholders about NCI and PPV variances.
* Accelerate transformation and harmonization of financial processes across PFNA, aligning with enterprise-wide goals for simplification and standardization.
* Data automation & reporting tools.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* 1-2 years of experience, mainly in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance or Cost Management.
* Financial acumen and knowledge of finance P&L drivers.
* Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations.
* University degree in Business; Accounting Designation
* English fluency required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement.
* Previous SAP experience.
