Are you passionate about logistics, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing operations? This position provide support to USA team.

What You'll Do

As a Last Mile Delivery Optimization you will play a key role in ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Designing and Optimizing Delivery Routes - Create daily routing solutions that balance efficiency, cost, and service levels using specialized tools.
✅ Collaborating Across Regions - Work closely with local sales and operations teams in different countries to tailor solutions to specific market needs.
✅ Driving Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance routing processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
✅ Managing Multiple Priorities - Operate in a dynamic scheduling environment, working five days a week (including some late afternoon/evening shifts) to align with front-line operations.
Qualifications

We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional who is eager to contribute and grow within our organization. The ideal candidate will have:

🔹 Education - bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
🔹 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
kills - Strong mathematical reasoning, ability to interpret metrics, and drive data-based decisions.
Flexibility to work night shifts to support global operations.
🔹 Self-Management & Organization - Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 Excellent Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
🔹 Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.
🔹 Experience in Operations - Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, planning, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus.
🔹 Presentation & Visualization Skills - Ability to summarize complex information and present ideas effectively using diagrams and reports.
🔹 Curiosity & Initiative - A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes.
