Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the integration of S&D balance accounts, Reconciliation of uncollectible account. Loading of expenses in BPC of the WHS - Freight and and MOH lines. Centralized electricity payment. Manages activities related to the registration and control of obsolete inventory and stock, as well as the operational processes of Mixing Centers, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's corporate policies and procedures within the GCS framework.

Your Impact

As Finance Analyst your functions would consist of:
* Creation, management, control and monitoring of balance account integrations (prepaid, other assets, liabilities, AR) for S&D, achieving certification (control agenda) for each Region and central team.
* Presentation of results of the month to the regional S&D team
* CFE centralized invoice payment process, as well as the accounting record of the service and provision.
* Management with CFE operational team for procedures for new Services and cancellations.
* Preparation of VCC uncollectible report for Reconciliation vs legacy systems.
* WHS and Freight Expense upload in BPC
* MOH Expense upload in BPC
* Follow-up on the semester purchase of uniforms and expense amortization
* Management and monitoring of obsolete finished goods
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
* Minimum prior experience in finance and accounting roles.
* Intermediate English level (B1-B2).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
