Job Description:

* Validation of requested billing adjustments.
* Resolve discrepancies on invoices by using critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Assist the B2C and billing teams in MEC activities.
* Ensure in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.
* Provide good customer service through verbal and written communication.

Qualifications:

* ADVANCED ENGLISH
* At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing or collections experience.
* Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
* Oracle (desirable)
