Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Franchise Management located in Houston Texas, with flexibility for remote work as necessary. The role involves overseeing regional franchise operations to ensure alignment with company goals and policies. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with franchise partners, ensuring compliance with operational standards, analyzing regional performance metrics, and devising strategies to drive growth. Additionally, the role entails providing training and support to franchisees and facilitating communication between them and the corporate team.
