Your 'day to day'

This role oversees Consumer Engagement Marketing operations, including budget and inventory control, and supports the execution of promotional campaigns for IQOS and Zyn. It drives consumer engagement, supports coach training programs, and leads the development of visibility materials and execution tools for all LAMPS campaigns throughout the year.

Lead Marketing Execution: Coordinate end-to-end marketing initiatives and campaign deployment across LAMPS Mexico, ensuring excellence in in-market execution.
Manage Agencies & Budget: Oversee agency partnerships, deliver high-quality outputs, and manage budgets to achieve ≥5% cost savings.
Enable Capability & Readiness: Coordinate coach training programs and provide clear guidelines, toolkits, and timelines to ensure field and retail readiness.
Drive Performance & Reporting: Track and report key KPIs (IQOS sales, Zyn GT delivery, Zyn cans distribution) with timely visibility to leadership.
Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with commercial, brand, trade, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Who we're looking for

* Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
* Validated experience in marketing, trade marketing, consumer engagement, or related roles within fast-paced or consumer-focused industries.
* Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, agency coordination, and budget optimization.
* Demonstrated background in developing visibility materials, execution toolkits, and supporting training programs.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners across multiple markets (Preferible on the Marketing side).
* Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced English level.
