Job Description
JR-202601274 Sales Support Analyst
Position Objective
Provide proactive support and follow-up with sales channels to resolve operational issues that may impact sales to end customers (finance, logistics, invoicing, government regulations, etc.). Act as a key point of contact for handling daily requests and requirements from internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
* Serve as a specialized advisor, responding to and resolving daily inquiries and requirements related to sales operations.
* Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams to support decision-making.
* Review and ensure compliance with project reporting requirements and deliverables.
* Perform data analysis to evaluate current sales tactics and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
* Drive initiatives to enhance Sales and Marketing operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, and GM partners.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, minimizing impact on customer experience.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data interpretation (Excel , Power BI, SQL, etc).
* Knowledge of sales operations, logistics, finance, or regulatory processes is a plus.
Required Skills:
* Business Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar experience
* Experience in support areas (e.g. specialized support desk) with a focus on resolving operational or process-related issues.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Open to work in flexible schedule especially at the end of the month and some Saturdays
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes
