You will:
* Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
* Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
* Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

Key Account Executive

Objetivo del puesto
El Key Account Executive (KAE) es responsable liderar la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de negociación con la cuenta de Oxxo y Sigma, maximizando oportunidades comerciales y generando acuerdos sotenibles que contribuyan al crecimiento del negocio.
Responsabilidades Principales
* Gestión de Cuentas Clave:
* Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los tomadores de decisiones y puntos de contacto clave dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
* Comprender a fondo las necesidades, objetivos y desafíos del cliente para posicionar nuestras soluciones de manera estratégica.
* Desarrollo de Estrategia y Planificación:
* Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de cuenta detallados que incluyan estrategias de ventas, objetivos de ingresos, actividades promocionales y tácticas para cada cuenta clave.
* Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas existentes, incluyendo la expansión de productos/servicios y la penetración en nuevas áreas del cliente.
* Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y desempeño de ventas para ajustar las estrategias de cuenta según sea necesario.
* Ventas y Negociación:
* Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y participación de mercado establecidos para las cuentas clave.
* Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales, negociar contratos y acuerdos, asegurando términos favorables para ambas partes.
* Gestionar el ciclo de ventas completo, desde la identificación de la oportunidad hasta el cierre y la post-venta.
* Reporte y Análisis:
* Monitorear y reportar regularmente el progreso hacia los objetivos de ventas y el estado de las cuentas clave.
* Utilizar sistemas CRM para registrar actividades, oportunidades y datos de clientes.
* Generar informes de desempeño, análisis de rentabilidad y previsiones de ventas.
* Resolución de Problemas:
* Anticipar y resolver proactivamente los problemas o preocupaciones del cliente, escalando cuando sea necesario y asegurando una resolución oportuna y satisfactoria.
Perfil del candidato ideal:
* Formación: Licenciatura en áreas económicas - administrativas., preferentemente titulado.
* Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años con personal a cargo y manejando cuentas similares (Oxxo, Seven Eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara) o conocimiento de canal mayoreo.
* Hard Skills: Manejo de MS Office (Excel, intermedio), SAP (deseable)

Position Objective

Key Responsibilities
* Key Account Management:
* Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and contact points within the assigned accounts.
* Thoroughly understand customer needs, objectives, and challenges to strategically position our solutions.
* Strategy Development and Planning:
* Develop and execute detailed account plans that include sales strategies, revenue targets, promotional activities, and tactics for each key account.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including product/service expansion and penetration into new customer areas.
* Analyze market trends, competition, and sales performance to adjust account strategies as needed.
* Sales and Negotiation:
* Achieve or exceed sales, profitability, and market share objectives established for key accounts.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing and post-sales support.
* Reporting and Analysis:
* Regularly monitor and report progress towards sales objectives and the status of key accounts.
* Utilize CRM systems to record activities, opportunities, and customer data.
* Generate performance reports, profitability analyses, and sales forecasts.
* Problem Resolution:
* Proactively anticipate and resolve customer issues or concerns, escalating when necessary and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Education: Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields, preferably graduated/titled.
* Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience managing staff and handling similar accounts (Oxxo, Seven Eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara)
* Hard Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel), SAP (desirable).
