Our team in Oslo is growing and we're looking to recruit an Analyst who can work on executive search projects across industries and functions, with a genuine interest to learn and develop a leadership advisory toolbox in a high pace environment. The role is an integral part of our Nordic team and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the region and internationally.

As an Analyst you will play a critical and visible role on project teams and client deliveries through:

* Advising clients on market insights, by producing industry and functional analysis, tracking market trends and developing deep perspective on competitive landscapes
* Advising clients on relevant candidate pools, by conducting targeted research to identify potential prospects, assessing candidate fit against the specifications of any position
* Overall, contribute with insightful analyses and findings which directly inform client-ready documents and bolster new business development initiatives, making them indispensable to our team and Firm's success

Our best Analysts develop deep industry expertise and sophisticated business acumen by researching successful organizations and impactful leaders, equipping them to explore diverse career development paths and opportunities within our firm. Through the journey as Analyst, you will cultivate highly transferable skills in research, analysis, communication, and problem-solving, positioning yourself for impactful careers across various industries.

You bring:

* A master's degree in science or business (or equivalent)
* 1-3 years of working experience in either professional services, research or analytical work
* Profound interest in people and leadership and curiosity about business and science.
* Strong mix of analytical skills and business understanding allowing easy and fast absorption of a multitude of different data points and information sources.
* Ideally, in addition to a strong connection to the Norwegian business society, bring experience from abroad and an international mindset, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, candidates, and clients in a truly global setting
* Excellent interpersonal skills, which permit you to engage and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an international business environment.
* Self-driven personality and entrepreneurial mindset which fit our collaborative and diverse work environment.
* Fluency in Norwegian and English.
