Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Cleaning & Sanitation Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As Cleaning & Sanitation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sanitation activities within the factory in Elst. This role is a key member of the quality team and leads the sanitation supervisor, who manages the cleaning operators. You will ensure that cleaning and sanitation processes adhere to the highest standards and comply with regulations. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and improving efficiency related to cleaning activities.

The Cleaning & Sanitation Manager reports to the FSQ Manager at site Elst. You will supervise the Sanitation Supervisor

In brief, you will be responsible for;
* Managing the sanitation team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence and helping them develop their skills and knowledge
* Developing and maintaining cleaning and sanitation procedures that comply with industry regulations and best practices
* Conducting regular internal audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement
* Designing and executing validation and verification processes for cleaning and sanitation protocols
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation activities with other departments
* Analyze sanitation performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Driving innovation in cleaning and sanitation methods and technologies to optimize cleaning procedures to drive overall equipment efficiency (OEE) on the site

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering)
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in food manufacturing or related industries
* Strong knowledge of sanitation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, e.g COP, CIP, SIP and automated foaming
* Fluency in Dutch and English
