Enterprise Risk Management Manager (f/m/d)

Why does this role exist?

The ERM Manager strengthens JTI's Enterprise Risk Management capability through a pragmatic and synthetic approach to data collection and analysis. The role supports the continuous enhancement of risk practices and the delivery of executive-ready reporting by transforming complex and multiple risk inputs into clear, decision-relevant insights.

What will you actually do?

* Analyze and synthesize internal and external risk information to provide insights on key enterprise risks, trends, and emerging topics

* Work closely with global and regional experts to refine risk frameworks, indicators, and mitigation approaches

* Support risk self-assessment processes and translate outcomes into clear leadership-level communications

* Prepare high-quality presentations and briefings for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders

* Represent Enterprise Risk Management in cross-functional initiatives and professional risk communities

Who are we looking for?

* A graduate-level education in business, finance, economics, risk management, engineering, or data-related fields

* Several years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategy, or analytical roles

* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity

* Ability to evolve in a no-routine / no-template job where problem solving mindset, iterations for continuous enhancement and attention to detail matter

* Advanced spreadsheets and data-handling capabilities, with openness to AI productivity tools and familiarity with collaborative digital workflows e.g. Power Automates. Power BI knowledge considered a plus

* Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
