About this role:

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager with a proven track record of planning, managing and delivering high profile marketing projects and campaigns that align and deliver on commercial strategic objectives. All of this in a fast-paced environment!

Responsible for turning strategic plans into reality, this role requires a highly organised individual, managing a complex and global matrix of stakeholders. To succeed in this role you will require cross-functional marketing delivery experience and be able to manage high profile business projects and marketing campaigns.

This role will not only focus on the delivery of high profile campaigns and business initiatives, but will also be focussed on improving our processes and ways of working across the teams. As a PM, you will be expected to use foresight and experience to improve our campaign delivery systems, working in collaboration with our marketing specialists to ensure process facilitates, whilst allowing us to remain agile in our delivery.

Our Marketing Operations team drives change, is continuously looking to improve how we work and is not afraid to decommission processes that no longer serve the team.

This is a role that requires coordination across global teams, working with HoD and Director-level stakeholders, marketing channel specialists, 3rd party brands and our core local market experts. It's a complex and fast-paced environment, so you will be expected to hit the ground running!
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and functional specialists, internally and externally, to drive collaboration, integration, flawless execution and great results.

We have created an all-new Marketing Operations function, bringing together our process and project specialists in order to drive consistency and create a centre of excellence for our project managers. As part of this team, there is a huge opportunity to influence and develop our campaign delivery processes, alongside delivering some very exciting work.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Delivery of large-scale cross-channel, multi-market campaigns and projects
* Project management of commercial and creative projects, marketing campaigns and strategic business opportunities
* Project management across all workstreams, developing critical paths and schedules to meet timings and deliver on business objectives.
* Continuous improvement of our process infrastructure, looking to improve the processes that underpin campaign delivery as a whole
* Delivery of campaign work streams including production, digital, ATL and BTL marketing, in-app features, experiential, PR and partner marketing, transcreation
* Working closely with wider business teams such as Sales, Finance, Strategic Accounts, Product and Tech and Commercial aspects of the business
* Managing matrices of stakeholders at senior and peer-level - weighing up requests and prioritising according to business value
* Identifying opportunities across the business to integrate marketing to other business functions
* Using project management tools to drive projects forward, record and disseminate information, ensuring key stakeholders are brought along the journey
* Working with external agencies and 3rd parties
* Developing internal processes across functions to improve workflow and quality of output

What will you bring to the table?
* The ideal candidate will have experience managing and delivering on high profile projects as well as the following:
* Experience in a similar role preferably with global scale and influence
* Broad understanding of all channels in the marketing mix
* Experience working in the e-commerce sector or equivalent large digital B2C organisation
* Experience of delivering commercial focussed projects
* Experience of managing business change or behavioural change across a large stakeholder group
* Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively with teams and peers under minimal supervision and guidance.
* Builds consistently productive relationships across other functions/departments; manages effective communication across multiple work streams.
* Strong team player, project and people manager - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively.
* Self-aware, able to influence others and manage their perceptions upwards, downwards and laterally.
* Demonstrates a strong commercial awareness to maximise performance.
* Experience of project management tools e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello etc.
* Qualification in APM PMQ or equivalent. e.g. PRINCE2
* Ability to combine an innovative and creative approach with a commercial and practical mind.
* Able to multitask, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Self-motivated and willing to get stuck in
* Able to adapt to change and embrace challenges, working in a highly agile environment
* High attention to detail
