Job Description:

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented and energized by transforming spaces for memorable occasions? We're looking for a Banqueting Set Up Employee who takes pride in perfect preparation - from elegant meetings to large-scale celebrations.
Your role in the journey
As a Banqueting Set Up Employee, you play a crucial role in preparing our event spaces to the highest standards. You ensure everything is perfectly arranged before guests arrive and support smooth transitions between events. Your responsibilities include:
* Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms and event spaces according to event layouts
* Moving and positioning furniture, equipment and materials efficiently and safely
* Supporting banqueting and events teams before, during and after events
* Ensuring all event spaces meet our five-star quality and safety standards
* Assisting with logistical tasks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

What you'll bring
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
* A hands-on, proactive and physically fit working attitude
* Experience in hospitality or events is a plus, but not required
* Ability to work well in a team and stay organized under time pressure
* Basic communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
* Eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
* Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
