Descrizione del lavoro:

Overview

The primary focus of this role is to support EMEA Global Capability Centre (GCC) Program on:
1) planning and reporting ensuring these are delivered timely and consistently throughout the systems and meeting stakeholder needs,
2) development, alignment and maintenance of Migration Plans to GCC,
3) preparation of regular and ad-hoc requests from different stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities

Forecasting, Planning and Reporting:
* Support timely and smooth Planning/forecasting processes throughout the year: Annual Operating Plan, Key Forecast reviews (QxF).
* Provide with comprehensible cause of change for each planning process.
* Work with Global Finance and Hub Finance teams to strengthen collaboration across Finance teams and improve WoW, translated into improved forecast accuracy for Labor and Infra Costs.
* Business Partnering with Region Functions and Oroganizational Unit (OU) FP&A (incl. the sign off the design outcome and implications on BC).
* Partner with EMEA OUs and Region Reporting COE to ensure timely reporting of GCC Productivity in Powersteering.
* Align & Maintain Migration Plans across different stakeholder groups: Change, HR, Functions and EMEA Markets.
PMO Support:
* Support preparation of regular presentations for the different stakeholder groups: Global GCC, EMEA GCC Leadership Team (LT), GCC OU teams.
* Provide Sector GCC Business Case follow-ups on timely manner.
* Support preparation of ad-hoc requests from different stakeholder groups: EMEA GCC Design Teams, GCC OU Teams.
* Support on coordination of meetings and logistics to deliver GCC agenda.
Qualifications

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel.
* Determination and drive to fully understand current processes embedded in GCC agenda, and challenge the status quo to deliver improvements and share best practice across GCC function.
* Attention to detail.
* Preferable knowledge of PowerSteering and PowerBI.
* Working in remote enviroment.
* Facility to manage and influence a very diverse audience (of senior and geographical individuals): ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and cross functionally, verbally and in written.
* Team working skills along with ability to operate autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables at a single time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* Project experience / working in a change environment is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English language.
Differentiating Competencies Required:
* Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
* Excellent technical skills combanied with finance knowledge.
* Integration of new processes and tools across OUs.

For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of renumeration for the position. During the interview, any questions will be addressed and additional information on the process provided.
