In the role of RTR Accountant in our Record to Report team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, supporting month-end close activities, and acting as a trusted partner for our Local Finance teams.

You will join our international Record to Report function, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
* Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
* Act as the primary point of contact for Local Finance teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
* Prepare month end closing activities, including posting accruals, preparing accounts reconciliations, analysis and reporting packages
* Support preparation of management reporting and internal controls
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure data accuracy
* Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within RTR
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
* Have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
* Bring knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles
* Are detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
* It is beneficial to have experience with ERP systems and shared service environments (D365 is a plus)
