Job Description:

Role:
Develop AI features and integrate DevOps best practices, automating deployments, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure systems for one of the most innovative tech companies in Poland.
Project Context & Tasks:
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Azure DevOps) to operationalize AI models.
* Automate application deployments and environment provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
* Support model monitoring and retraining workflows.
* Integrate AI solutions into scalable microservices architectures.
* Responsibilities:
* Develop backend components in Java or Python with Spring Boot.
* Containerize applications using Docker and Tanzu for deployment on Azure.
* Use Swagger for API documentation and Postman for testing.
* Manage performance monitoring with the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Telegraf).

Qualifications:

Requirements:
* High level of English and Polish are a must
* 3+ years as developer/administrator/devops with Java, Python, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL.
* Experience with CI/CD, containers, Azure, and scripting languages.
* Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and observability tools.
