We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help drive innovation, implement modern DevOps practices, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-native infrastructure.

What You'll Do
As a Java Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining the software and services that powers our financial software products:
* Collaborate with lead/senior developers and product owners to design and build complex, enterprise-scale applications.
* Participate in project planning and requirement analysis with team members and Product Managers.
* Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable enterprise software in accordance with company standards.
* Maintain a strong focus on quality by creating automated unit tests and ensuring the delivery of robust software.
* Provide technical support to operations and other development teams as needed.
* Analyze issues in running services and provide solutions and bug fixes.
* Engage in refinement and planning sessions to analyse requirements, estimate effort, and define implementation approaches.
* Communicate effectively in meetings and provide timely status updates on assigned tasks.
* Work effectively both as part of a team and independently when required.
* Work across multiple projects with varied requirements.

What You Bring
* 2-5 years of experience as a Java developer.
* Strong knowledge of Core Java and Spring Boot.
* Experience in building and deploying Docker-based services.
* Good understanding of Git, branching strategies, and source control concepts.
* Knowledge of TDD practices, code quality metrics, and strong unit testing skills.
* Proven grasp of object-oriented programming and multi-threading.
* Experience with testing tools such as JUnit and mocking frameworks.
* Good understanding of RESTful Web Services and WebSockets.
* Familiarity with development and CI/CD tools such as JIRA and Gitlab.
* Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure.
* Familiarity with Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes orchestration.
* Ability to thrive in a highly agile, fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and solid coding capabilities.
* Self-driven, proactive team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning.

Career Stage:Senior Associate

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł125,600 - zł198,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
