The Position
IT Delivery Lead - Diagnostics Master Data Management

We are looking for the Delivery Lead who will be accountable for leading the design, implementation, and operationalization of Master Data Management capabilities across RDT Diagnostics Commercial, with a strong focus on Customer Master Data Management, Patient Master Data Management, and global MDM implementation programs.
At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices (Poznań or Warsaw) on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
Description of the Area
RDT Diagnostics Commercial enables data, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities across Diagnostics Commercial functions, including Commercial Operations, Marketing & Sales, Service, Customer Support, and related global and regional business teams. Master Data Management is a critical capability for Diagnostics Commercial. It provides trusted and governed master data foundations for business processes, customer engagement, patient-related processes, commercial reporting, tendering, service operations, segmentation, targeting, customer 360, analytics, and AI solutions.
The Opportunity
As our IT Delivery Lead, you will drive the critical evolution of our data foundations. In this role, you will:
* Lead the strategic transformation and delivery of complex, high-visibility MDM initiatives to maximize efficiency, predictability, and long-term capability roadmaps.
* Analyze and solve highly complex, organization-impacting delivery challenges, defining the problem space and advocating for innovative enterprise-level solutions.
* Identify, engage, and partner with executive-level stakeholders and external implementation partners to navigate sensitive situations and build organizational alignment.
* Drive transformative impact across multiple domains and strategic portfolios, championing large-scale business reengineering and organizational change.
* Navigate extreme ambiguity to manage highly complex initiatives that potentially span multiple business units and enterprise-wide service transformations.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, anticipating future business needs, driving cutting-edge delivery methodologies, and shaping enterprise-wide strategies.
* Oversee global MDM implementation programs from end-to-end, including requirements definition, solution design, data migration, integration, testing, rollout, hypercare, and adoption.
* Enable next-generation capabilities by ensuring master data foundations effectively support customer 360, commercial analytics, data products, and AI use cases.
Who you are
To excel in this role, you bring a blend of strategic leadership, delivery expertise, and technical depth:
* Educated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Possess extensive years of experience operating in a senior Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, STE, Agile Enterprise/Transformation Coach) leading complex global programs.
* Proven track record of delivering Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and leading large-scale, enterprise-wide business reengineering or organizational change efforts in matrixed organizations.
* Strong experience with Customer Master Data Management within commercial, sales, service, marketing, or customer engagement environments.
* Deep technical understanding of enterprise master data processes, system integration, and dependencies across platform landscapes like Reltio (or comparable MDM platforms), SAP, and CRM systems.
* Exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills, with an advanced ability to build trust, mentor senior colleagues, share thought leadership, and shape organizational delivery strategy.
* Industry expertise within Diagnostics, Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 280,000.00 PLN - 520,000.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
