Secondment for 15 months

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress on YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

* Drive and manage the change management process for the ERP SAP 4/Hanna implementation and satellite applications integration, focusing on Blackline integration.
* Ensure adequate control framework in place to mitigate financial risk exposure across Blackline integration into SAP 4/Hanna.
* Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption across financial reporting functions.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with the ERP S4H implementation and Blackline integration.
* Understand stakeholder needs and provide tailored solutions to support them through the implementation process.
* Partner with key stakeholders including C&C GPOs and Blackline COE team to deliver an ERP implementation with final risk-mitigated processes.
* Design and implement financial controls that are robust, efficient, and aligned with the ERP system and available technology.
* Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of financial controls.
* Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve control processes and reduce manual intervention.

Why you?
Basic qualifications:
* Qualified accountant or CIA risk qualification
* Effective knowledge in all accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley
* Proven experience in financial risk management, controls, and change management.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Problem solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:
* GSK MCF fluency
* C&C Experience
* Blackline knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with digital automation tools and technologies in the context of financial controls.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial reporting.
* Proven experience in financial risk management, controls, and change management.

G7The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 190,500 to PLN 317,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process. Salary ranges for other locations are shown because some markets have pay transparency laws that require salary information on job postings, and those locations are potential job sites for this role.
