Role: 

The objective of this role is to deliver end-to-end operational support for the Account by coordinating transaction workflows, managing documentation and data processes, and ensuring administrative excellence across all real estate transactions. Build and maintain standardized frameworks for governance, reporting, and knowledge management that enable efficient transaction execution and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities: 

Transaction Management Operations

* Independently coordinate all logistics for stakeholder engagement, including confirming availability, scheduling site visits, and managing travel arrangements.

* Ensure all required confidentiality agreements are secured and properly filed.

* Consolidate and transmit marketing materials to relevant stakeholders following site visits.

* Lead support for due diligence activities, including visual, regulatory, technical, and specialist assessments.

* Manage the final records process by loading and transferring finalized documentation into JLL's records management system.

* Support the TM (Transaction Management) team by:

* Participating in preparation, analysis, and documentation activities.

* Assisting with the collection of due diligence materials and assessment deliverables.

* Providing operational and analytical inputs as directed by TM leads.

* Supporting communication and coordination with project stakeholders

Governance and Account Operations

* Interacting with both - JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

* Review account processes with an eye on ensuring global consistency; lead change management initiatives for service delivery teams.

* Assist in the development, documentation, training, and support of globally consistent operating processes.

* Implementation of the governance framework on the Account, including management of Account Playbook, Account SharePoint, Client Portal, etc.

* Develop and document the quality assurance processes for the Governance Reporting.

* Proactively identify performance vulnerabilities and compliance risks, monitor inefficiencies, flag issues, escalate critical risks, and recommend action plans.

* Ensure consistent measurement and reporting standards via scorecards and dashboards, supported by regular performance reviews.

* Acting as a point of contact and escalation for internal stakeholders

* Streamlining communication within the Account, monitoring meeting governance, leading preparation to various Client's/Account's meetings

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or master's degree, preferable in Business Analytics / Economics / Management / Real Estate.

* 3-7 years of relevant business environment experience, minimum 2 years' experience in real estate related fields.

* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Power Point, Excel - advanced formulas, and pivot tables, basic VBA would be an asset).

* Fluent spoken and written Business English (enabling leading conference calls and trainings delivery).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to present complex information in a simple way for JLL and Client senior stakeholders and deliver presentations to the wider public.  

* Ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision, skill to plan and execute autonomously, client focused, open - minded and willing to challenge status quo.

* A self-starter, generating new ideas and outputs with positive can-do attitude

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure when required.

* Project Management background would be an asset.
