DI Channel Marketing Specialist
For Sony Europe B.V., Poland Branch
Location: Warsaw

Job:
Support PIC of DI community to improve quality of support & increase frequency of approach for TGT community to switch competitor's customer to Sony, and maximize Sony Online DI Sales and Online In-house-share for responsible accounts. Leading Sony's efforts with our retail partners, as the functional Online expert, to maximize and optimize Sony's online presence and online marketing during the full consumer journey (from awareness to orientation, conversion and retention). On top of this, negotiate with dealer to contact their customer to maximize customer lifetime value(e-CRM management).
Reporting/location:
Direct reporting, and physically seated next to Channel sales manager.
Indirect reporting to Head of Trade Marketing to align Online category communication/promotion strategies and monitor/coach Online marketing efficiency.

Community approach support:
* Event support such as packing/sending equipment, creating Sony booth at event, user support during event
* Packing/sending equipment for personal trial
* Sony online community management (create post such as event/new model info, answering question from community member)
* Plan & execute activity in Sony online community to accelerate member's photo shooting activity such as posting their photo, participate our event, increase personal trial.

Online Genba:
Perfect Online execution for accounts responsible regarding:
* Product ramp-up (Live at launch; product reviews; new model PR, etc)
* Rich content (product pictures; relevant descriptions, etc)
* Share-of-voice management: Plan and manage targeted Sony visibility on customer main pages, category page, search etc)
* Sell-up and basket sales opportunities
* Online product availability ( In-stock-ratio )
* Create yearly promotion plans for Online & Offline activities
* Create forecast plan for online sales sell-in/sell-out ( based on GFK trends & previous sell out & online campaigns uplifts )
* Defining optimal Online sales ( based on Market Share - account & product , Sell out Offline & Online , IHS development )
* Sony Online In-Stock-ratio ( online product availability )
* Online forecast accuracy ( sell in & sell out in Online )
* Manage and coordinate first of all digital marketing activities in Key dealers but also offline
* Create a promotion plan for tow channels online & offline for 1 and 2H FY
* Support the goals set in the sales plan
* Work close with Head of Marketing Online Marketing department Specialist and the sales team
* Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
* Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
* Develop and maintain business relationship with dealer Online department / Online Managers
* Develop and maintain relevant tools to track online KPI's in cooperation with dealer Online Managers
* Online Marketing: Initiate, Develop & Implement Online promotion plans (Retail; Sony generic / Category specific) together with Channel Sales management:
* Defining optimal promotional proposition and communication message
* Defining optimal Online media plan for maximum reach and optimal conversion to achieve targeted sell-out & In-House-Share KPI's
* KPI's. Sony Online In-House-share, Online Sell-out, Net Sales, attachment ratio's, Online Average Selling price
* Sony Online content quality and Sony share-of-voice
* Campaign effectiveness and efficiency (reach, click-through, conversion, ROI)
* Account budget spending (Sales Tactical, Year agreement Coop, local A&P)

Offline Genba:
Perfect Offline execution for accounts responsible regarding:
* Marketing content implementation (promotions; relevant descriptions, etc)
* Shelf share management: Check and plan Sony visibility on customer stores
* Sell-up and basket sales opportunities
* Sony Offline In-Stock-ratio (stores product availability)

Online/Offline Marketing:
* Initiate, Develop & Implement Online/Offline promotion plans (Retail; Sony generic / Category specific) together with Channel Sales team:
* Defining optimal promotional proposition and communication message
* Defining optimal Online media plan for maximum reach and optimal conversion to achieve targeted sell-out & In-House-Share KPI's
CRM:
* CRM activity planning by dealer, and negotiate with dealer to proceed effective dealer e-CRM activity in regular basis
* Proceed activity to increase My Sony members
* Plan & execute activity to encourage My Sony members to purchase another DI product

KPI's:
* DI Sell-out, Net Sales, MP
* No. of TGT community member who tried Sony equipment
* No. of TGT community member who changed their equipment from competitor to Sony
* Sony Online content quality
* No. of e-CRM approach by key dealer
* e-CRM effectiveness and efficiency (reach, click-through, conversion, ROI)
