You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Manage orders and verify stock levels to make sure order can be fulfilled
* Manage shipping process, organize transportation in close cooperation with 3PL
* Build strong relationship with customers and providing best in class service
* Solve problems which may occur during order managing process
* Always look to improve ways of working
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Previous experience in Customer Service and / or logistics will be a big plus
* Fluency in English (B2 / C1)
* Business acumen
* Good organization and problem solving skills
* SAP knowledge and MS Excel will be a plus
* General understanding of order to cash role will be a plus
