Customer Service Representative
As …, you will be joining our newly set up CropScience Contact Center team and establishing a new arm of the business. The ideal candidate will be determined to play their part in bringing about ...You will join the leader of the agriculture industry in Poland, where your development is a priority. Your Tasks & Responsibilities
* Make Outbound calls to the existing customers to inform them about the company's products, promo actions, to invite them to events, to follow up on subscriptions packages, to collect agronomic data.
* Working with farmers to understand their unique needs and challenges to advise them on product usage and availability, order placement and status, presenting a benefit of digital tools.
* Guiding farmers through the selection process varieties of field crops using product knowledge to showcase the solutions that Bayer's products can offer
* Contact (Cold calling) prospective customers by both telephone and email
* Identify sales leads and convert them into sustainable sales
* Build long-term trusting relationships with farmers /customers
Collaborate with other Contact Center professionals/ BDRs and Sales team to improve customer's experience
* Use CRM database and other software to track progress with new prospects
Who are you:
* Previous working experience as Outbound Sales representative within a similar position is desirable
Experience in agricultural industry is an advantage
* Salesforce user-level knowledge as a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Customer Oriented
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Networking aptitude
* Education: Specialized education (Agriculture, Biotechnology, Horticulture, etc.), knowledge of agronomy, farming, and crop management as a plus
* Language: Proficient in Polish, English on communicative level
