We're looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You'll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs in Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
* Develop new sales opportunities
* Implement market development projects
* Ensure implementation of remote sales tools in the effective and productive way
* Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
* Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range
* Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
* Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
* Recognize and understand competitive products, features in relation to the company's products

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
* Demonstrated ability to work independently on duties as well as contributing to a larger team
* Excellent communication skills
* Team-oriented/openness to supporting colleagues regardless of other team members' responsibilities
* Strong goal orientation
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude towards remote work and the ability to communicate effectively using remote tools
* Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
* Experience in the medical (device) industry or a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage
* Polish is a must
