Job Description Summary

Overall responsible for coordinating, maintaining and improving the Health & Safety and Environmental management programs within the framework of current regulation, Corporate and Site Requirements.

Common accountabilities:

* Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.​
* Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.​
* May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.

Specific accountabilities:

Security, Health, Safety & Environment Management accountabilities:

* Ensure compliance with Security, Health & Safety regulations and other company policies and procedures .
* Coordinate and assist department in carrying out maintenance of all regulatory documentations (Plans de Prevention, Document Unique...).
* Overall responsible for the business continuity plan.
* Support emergency action preparedness, response, review, and improvement.
* Carry out investigations into accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions. Develop, implement and improve Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
* Develop the local "PDIE" - cross company commuting plan - and manage the shuttles facilities services.
* Development, tracking and maintenance of EHS KPIs.

Facilities Contracts (potentially) accountabilities:

* Coordinate, supervise and monitor relevant Facility Services (Security, Control Office,..).
* Maintain contractual and other records as required by contract and business requirements.
* Ensure maximum performance and achievement of all contracts delivery requirements.
* Guarantee the quality of execution of services by controlling and monitoring them consistent with Amadeus security, quality and legal requirements.
* Consult and study proposals from different suppliers and issue recommendations.
* Negotiate with service providers to effect cost reductions.

Other general activities:

* Maintain the relevant Opera pages up to date.
* Manage & maintain all relevant data and documentations up to date.
* Record and resolve client complaints and maintain customer feedback records.
* Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans.
* When asked, assist or backup the B&F Responsible.

Candidate Requirements

* Education: Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field.

* Experience:
* 2-3 experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
* Experience in contract management and supplier negotiations is a plus.
* Skills:
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Ability to analyze information and propose improvements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant EHS tools.

* Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
