Position Summary:

The Design Studio Project Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for Zone & Markets for all packaging adaptation projects for a defined Brand(s), executed through the Design Studio setup. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of packaging adaptations contributing to the efficient, effective and flawless execution of Packaging Workflow/Process, including Label Information (if requested). Supports guiding markets and evaluating quality of the project brief/information. Monitors project progress and controls deadlines, cost estimates, and POs, and ensures effective collaboration between stakeholders. The position interacts with various internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, timely, and qualitiative delivery of packaging masterfiles and artworks that meets local market needs while maintaining brand consistency. Supports the adoption of Global Design Excellence ways of working and drives asset reuse

* Drives the end-to-end project management of Packaging Adaptation projects (including Label Info Specifications if requested) on behalf of Marketing Leader of assigned Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s) within the Design Studio setup, including all tasks in the Project Workflow (e.g., project initiation, team member/agency designation, reference/input identification, template/saved records incorporation, time planning, label info templates etc.)

* Serve as the main point of contact for Zones and Markets, efficiently evaluating and coordinating packaging adaptation requests with partnered agencies or the in-house team, enabling fluid communication between Markets, the assigned Agency Partner(s), and/or IMS Design Services Teams to align and maintain expected deliverables and timings.

* Orchestrates the collection and dissemination of required references, inputs, and key information via the D2D Workflow to all required parties to ensure work output strives for Right First Time.

* Provide guidance to partnered agencies to ensure they fully understand project briefs and design feedback, enhancing project delivery, ensuring outcomes aligned with brand guidelines and masterfiles, escalating direction or briefs that contravene established brand guidance to the Brand Design Expert and/or Brand Team.

* Supports the digital archiving of packaging and design assets ensuring final masterfiles and digital assets are made available in the Nestlé ContentHub (DAM)

* Open, review, and track POs and cost estimates in the Agency Mania process, managing client requests that may impact final costs. Communicate and track the final Design Services costs charged.

* Represent the Design Studio in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, addressing any internal stakeholder or external agency partner concerns, collaborating on solutions and ensuring clear communication among all partners to keep projects on track and on schedule. Lead Design Studio Weekly Operational Meetings and support Monthly Operational Meetings with insights and feedback.

* If required, manages the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for assigned markets interfacing with all functions/ individuals responsible for providing information or assets required.

What will make you successful:

* Minimum 4+ years agency or in-house experience managing the graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects from development to files to printer

* Ideally experience managing end-to-end of packaging projects through to CGI development, including collation of label information

* Demonstrates strong visual, written, and oral communication skills

* Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, Communications or related field

* Understanding of print production, printing, and color management an added bonus

* Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management

* Understanding of digital file formats for packaging design and artwork masterfiles and related assets
