Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Cabinet Project Engineer to join our engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, technical specification, and structural optimization of industrial electrical cabinets and control systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance:
* Develop and review comprehensive electrical cabinet schematics and all related technical documentation;
* Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and detailed manufacturing dossiers to ensure a smooth transition from design to production;
* Provide high-level technical assistance to the assembly and production teams, resolving technical queries on the shop floor;
* Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and project industrialization;
* Ensure all electrical designs and assemblies strictly adhere to IEC and other applicable international standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field;
* Strong knowledge of electrical schematic;
* Strong proficiency in electrical schematics and hands-on experience with electrical CAD (tools EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical);
* Previous experience within an electrical cabinet manufacturing environment is highly preferred;
* Solid knowledge of IEC standards and industrial manufacturing best practices;
* Experience in an industrial environment;
* English: Professional proficiency is mandatory;
* Knowledge of French is a significant advantage;
* A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic industrial environment.
