As part of our Bid Management team, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing complex bid processes, ensuring high-quality proposals and seamless collaboration across multiple Siemens stakeholders. You will:

Your mission will be…
› Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid management activities for complex business opportunities;
› Drive collaboration across multiple internal stakeholders and Siemens business units to ensure timely and high-quality proposal delivery;
› Manage bid timelines, deliverables, approvals, and governance requirements throughout the proposal lifecycle;
› Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all bid documentation and submissions;
› Act as the central coordination point between internal departments, aligning expectations and driving execution under tight deadlines;
› Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, ensuring fast resolution and mitigation actions;
› Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize bid management processes and ways of working;
› Manage multiple parallel opportunities while maintaining strong organizational discipline and execution excellence.

What You Bring | We are looking for someone with…
› Solid experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Project Management, or similar complex coordination roles;
› Fluent English (business-level, spoken & written) , German would be a great plus;
› Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience working across large and complex organizational structures;
› Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver results within demanding deadlines;
› Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong commitment to delivering high-quality output;
› Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments;
› Excellent coordination/communication skills and problem-solving mindset;
› Strong service mindset with high focus on user satisfaction.
