Overview What will you be doing? As Regional Paid Social Manager, you have responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. For this role you'll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to campaign briefs and inspiring digital performance media innovation across our 26 European markets. You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for regional digital performance campaign planning, regional digital trends gathering and working as part of the team to deliver timely and insightful reporting across markets. This role is essential to help to drive the vision of the performance media practices executed by Starcom in digital performance as well as digital media more broadly. You will be accountable for activating campaigns, reporting, and analysing trends in the digital performance space, supporting your team on ensuring this work is delivered to the highest standard. Responsibilities Digital Market liaison > you will be required to quickly build strong relationships with key digital personnel as well as specialist activation teams across our local Constellation markets Identify digital channel market requirements > through frequent formal and informal interaction, to help close local market digital knowledge gaps and leaning on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of relevant toolkits/best practise documents Digital Media Partner innovation > lean on Global/Regional channel experts to contribute to the production of digital Playbooks to support local market uptake of new/innovative formats including testing frameworks and results reporting Digital Network Connector > building your profile across our Constellation digital teams as a digital performance specialist to reach out to with challenges/opportunities and connecting those markets with other markets/global experts or others to support us better leverage the power of being a network to enhance the digital specialisms Qualifications What are we looking for? Agency Experience with Global/Regional Clients: Proven ability to work directly with international or regional clients in an agency setting, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities as needed. Strong Analytics Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration within the team while providing top quality media analysis by way of reporting and critical output. Creative Problem Solving and Proactive Attitude: A forward-thinking, can-do approach to producing outstanding results, particularly for high-profile clients like Samsung. Collaborative Team Player: Experience contributing to an integrated agency environment, working seamlessly across media, data, and cross-functional teams.
