Role Purpose
Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to global Executive and key members of the leadership team, while acting as a central coordination point for our new London office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication. This is an exciting new role where you can add real value to a busy Executive supporting the leadership team meeting key customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and European/global travel arrangements
* Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of leadership team
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups ensuring key stakeholders are in the right place at the right time
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Support project coordination and track key deliverables
* Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
* Act as the key point of contact for the London office, supporting visitors and guests and ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience
