Overview We are hiring a Global Strategy Manager to join our Publicis Le One team - a bespoke, collaborative hub delivering global strategy for Haleon's portfolio of leading healthcare brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how globally recognised brands connect with people in meaningful, human ways. You'll play a key role in translating insight into action, working at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Partner with a Global Strategy Director to develop and deliver brand and communications strategies across multiple markets Build deep audience understanding to inform global media and communications planning Collaborate with creative and agency partners to produce integrated, insight-led campaigns Support the development of annual media strategies, product launches, and market expansion initiatives Coordinate with local markets to gather insights, review activity, and ensure alignment with global direction Lead and contribute to regular reporting cycles, including quarterly market updates and strategic recommendations Drive best practice sharing across teams, strengthening collaboration and a joined-up "one team" approach globally Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience in media, strategy, or planning roles, with an interest in global brand development Strong analytical thinking, with confidence interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaboratively across teams and partners Comfort working with data tools (e.g. Excel) and a curiosity for analytics and insights Organised approach, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Builds positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to shared success Additional information PlatformGSK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
