Purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to work with clients and Media Owners to drive creative, innovative, and effective content solutions & to provide support and assistance in managing the client's proposals and to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities
* Supports Manager in delivering outstanding client service through management of key projects
* Works with the wider team to challenge client brief, ensuring creative solutions key performance indicators are achievable
* Collaborates with team to implement creative solutions from conception to completion
* Builds trusted relationships with media owners
* Coordinates invoicing and payment process
* Delivers excellent execution of full creative solutions campaigns
* Acts as the first port of call on day-to-day queries, questions, and campaign progress
* Is responsible for all invoicing and payment process
* Knows how to use and utilise all relevant tools - e.g. CCS, TGI, RACE, INFOSYS, Survey Monkey
* Delivers presentations
* Produce high-quality, creative response to briefs that meet a client business challenges
* Accuracy of client billings & Media owner's bookings
* Successful delivery of campaign fulfillment

Measures of Success
* Client/planning community / Client Creation Manager & Media Owner feedback on proposals and quality of work
* Improved conversion rates from brief to sign-off
* Accuracy of client billings/status sheet/forecast

Qualifications & Skills
* Media industry experience
* Experience working in teams delivering client needs
* Content creative solutions experience ideally in one or more media platforms
* Project management experience
