As (COMPANY NAME)'s Cloud business continues to mature, the acquisition and development of our owned, designed and constructed Data Center facilities will scale to meet the demands of our customers.

Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) will be developing and executing strategies to deliver owned and developed land sites, to scale our business into the future. Our focus is on smart growth, directing strategic scaling through high quality, cost effective and innovative solutions to meet demand and to reduce cost and impact of our overall delivery. 

Sitting within Infrastructure Planning & Acquisitions (IPA), we are responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of real estate to build (COMPANY NAME)'s cloud infrastructure.

The Real Estate Acquisition Manager will be based in Europe and report to the EMEA Director and will be responsible for land acquisition in the allocated EMEA regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution and impact to one of the largest data center portfolios. You'll have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to improve and expand our infrastructure in various EMEA markets.

You'll develop close working relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders, perform market and financial analysis, evaluate property solutions within our standards and guidelines, negotiate transactions, and close them. You should also have a demonstrated ability to negotiate multimillion dollar contracts from business and technical perspectives.

Core Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, select, negotiate, and recommend acquisitions for approval.
* Lead commercial and legal negotiations.
* Manage the acquisition process for land within assigned geographies, including the management of cross boarder teams formed of multiple stakeholder groups, co-workers, contractors, and vendors.
* Coordination with development, engineering, construction, project managers and legal teams amongst others, to enable evaluation of acquisition targets.
* Manage multiple assignments across EMEA.
* Provide input into the long-term delivery strategy to drive real estate acquisitions that support the (COMPANY NAME) Cloud transformation.
* Ability to travel internationally, at times with short notice

Requisiti del candidato:

* Bachelor's degree in real estate or Business or equivalent alternative education
* And/ or professional qualification in Real Estate e.g. MRICS or similar
* Experience in real estate transactions
* Demonstratable experience in leading project teams
* Significant negotiation experience.
