Job Title: Calibration Engineer
Location: Rochester
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:
* Undertake routine calibrations of electrical and mechanical test equipment, supporting BAE Rochester Operations
* Installation of ESD work stations
* Understand supplier / subcontractor traceability and calibration processes
* Perform continuous improvement activities
* Support the maintenance of test equipment, located on the shop floor
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Previous experience of fault finding, repairing and testing electronic equipment
* Calibration background
* Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business
Desirable:
* Lean manufacturing knowledge
* HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline

The Calibration team:
As a Calibration Engineer you will be reporting to the Calibration Team Leader. You will be responsible for ensuring Calibration activities and maintenance of test equipment are completed to support the business.
