Delivering the implementation and delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services to designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.

You'll be responsible for:
* Managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and project controls standards.
* Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strengthening industry engagement and growing specialist expertise.
* Managing teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long-term strategic development.
* Fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing and best practice, supporting resourcing needs and contributing to a sustainable future.
* Delivering effective PMO and Project Controls support, ensuring consistent application of frameworks and day-to-day performance management.
* Providing clear technical guidance across cost, schedule, change, risk and governance requirements.
* Building strong client relationships and collaborate to address risks, opportunities and actions.
* Supporting integration across PMO, Planning and Project Controls while contributing to net-zero ambitions.
You'll need to have:
* Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
* Extensive delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
* Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability.
* Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.
