As a Vice President Sales Health International, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and market expansion. You will play a crucial role in shaping the sales strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Your leadership will inspire teams to exceed targets, innovate solutions, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Drive sales performance through collaboration with sales teams and other departments.
* Identify market opportunities and create plans to capture additional market share.
* Analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

* Lead the development of sales policies and procedures.
