About Us

The eFX team at Société Générale operates within the FX division, servicing Institutional clients such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Banks, and Corporate clients. We offer a broad range of FX instruments including spot, forwards, swaps, and options across major, minor, and emerging market currencies.

Your Role

As an eFX Sales Trainee, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting daily operations and contributing to the growth of our eFX business. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in monitoring client volumes and performance
* Supporting sales teams in preparing for client meetings
* Helping onboard new clients and platforms
* Extracting valuable insights from data to enhance sales strategies
* Assisting clients and sales teams with platform-related issues
* Contributing to the design and improvement of standard operating procedures
* You will gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* A degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering, or related fields; a finance specialisation is a plus
* Basic knowledge of FX markets and products (spot, forwards, swaps, options)
* Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, traders, and colleagues
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and client needs
* Attention to detail and precision in managing trade and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
