Job Description

* Achievement of commercial sales objectives including but not limited to unit volume, penetrations and retention, whilst ensuring good customer outcomes
* Deploy and manage MFS dealer oversight framework within your territory
* Manage commercial dealer/group relationships, oversight & performance [at all levels] through physical/virtual meetings
* Manage internal stakeholder relationships
* Take the role of conduit between dealers and internal MFS departments
* Improve performance through delivering training and coaching whilst monitoring the completion of training standards via MFS learning management system
* Manage relationships with all OEM brand and third-party counterparts
* Support launch of all quarterly brand campaigns within dealer networks
* Field deployment of all dealer digital initiatives
* Ensure personal continuous development in all areas of the Account Manager role
* To comply with all regulatory obligations, company procedures and standards
