Job Purpose

* Estimates total project cost at completion * Confirms/updates the expected project profitability valuation and ensures the information is reliable

Job Description

* Prepare sales invoices and ensure invoicing is performed on a timely basis for UK Projects.
* Credit control.
* Analysis of all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated.
* Match and post cost of sales in accordance with sales invoicing.
* Analyse and report work in progress against each project.
* Liaise with Project Managers to report project performance.
* Participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project.
* Assist the project team in all aspects of cost control, ensuring effective management of the project.
* Prepare financial monthly project reports for Project Manager and Senior Management.
* Review and assist Project Manager with budget/forecast reporting.
* Prepare working capital.
* Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Accruals/prepayments
* Prepare quotes and submit them to Project Manager for approval.
* Maintaining project work breakdown structure (WBS) and associated tasks.

You are meant for this job if:

* Relevant accounting background and experience in a similar role preferable.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Strong PC skills and SAP experience.
